Narasimharajapura is a town panchayat and tehsil headquarters in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, India. It resides in the Malenadu region of Chikmagalur district.The nearest railway stations that connect to it are in Bhadravathi (52 km), Shimoga (55 km) . In 1915, Yuvaraja Shri Narasimharaja Wodeyar visited Yedehalli and in his memory, the town was named after him. The taluk was ruled by Ganga, Kadamba, Santhara, Hoysala and Vijayanagara kings.The Shri Atishaya Kshetra Simhanagadde is located near the town and is famous for being the Atishaya (place of miracles) of Jwalamalini.Agriculture being the main source of income to the most of the people are dependent on it and We are blessed with fertile land and good weather. It has few social service clubs to enhance the harmony among people.

About Club

See club Narashimarajapura was started on 21st Feb 2005. Mrs Uma Diwakar was the charter president. Total 25 members were there. Club has done many social work in town and is a renowned women's club in town. We all members attended many district rallies, assembly and conference at different places of dist 318. Our club members participated many inter club competitions and have won many prizes too. We received many awards for our activities. In 2016 we have conducted assembly " shubhiksha" which was a great success. Now club is of 45 members and all members are ready to serve our society. We are grateful to become members of Innerwheel club of N.RPpura. Have attached the picture of district assembly.
