Club strength beginning of the year was 54 and 2 members left the club but we retained 97% of the members.

Orientation program was conducted to help retains. It helps the new members understand how the club functions, gives them the big picture of the district and association. It provides information what their role will be in the club. When new members are properly informed, they are more likely to feel more comfortable with the club, become actively involved in club activities and remain in inner wheel for years
