Conducted an Awareness talk on Menstrual Hygiene management at Vanitha Sadana girls high school, how to keep themselves hygiene during menstruation and how to maintain good health by proper diet and exercises by club ISO Mrs. Seema Mariswamy .President Smt.Veena Ravindra and Joint Secretary Mrs. Lalitha Ranganath gave some tips regarding the same and shared their experiences during menstruation.
