Hosahalli govt school is primarily attended by children of daily wage labourers. The school lacked even basic facilities like desks, book racks, or water dispensers. The children sit on the floor for their classes. Despite it being summer holidays, kids came to the school to receive 6 desks donated to them in their uniform. The teacher in the school was also very enterprising and cooperative. We are planning to fix some badly broken desks for Kali Nali and also donate a book rack in the coming few weeks.
