Project Name - Awareness program on "Cyber Crime & Human Trafficking" for Children
Club name - Inner Wheel Club, Puttur
Project Goal - Empower girls Enrich the Nation / Lead the youth / IILM - Shiksha
Project details - Our club along with the Puttur Lawyers Association and Police department conducted an awareness session to the students of Ambika Vidyalaya, Bappilege, Puttur. Keeping in mind the easy access to smart phones and children's presence in social media, we brought upon ourselves to educate and sensitize these students on the harm that comes along with the benefits of internet. They were educated on how their personal and sensitive information should not be shared on public platforms which is the main reason behind cyber crimes and worst of all, human trafficking.
