On December 12th we conducted a counselling to 10th std & 12th Std exam going students by a Psychologist and motivated them to face the exams and how to prepare for the exams as well as their future life. Breathing relaxation technique was demonstrated to the students and was advised the students to adopt and practise it in their daily life to releive the tension and the stree.

On November 26th we conducted awareness programme regarding the cancer early symptoms and how to take early precautions to detect cancer. Gynaecologist Dr Soumya.D. spoke about the breast, uterus, cervical and ovarian cancer. An ENT specialist & Fellowship in Oncology Dr Divya Jyothi spoke about oral, neck and thyroid cancer.

On 19th October we conducted health camp to the children of Government School at Horuru. Dr Renuka Sudhakar, Paediatrician conducted medical check up to the children. All the children were given calcium supplement syrups and advised to consume iron rich foods.

On August 5th we gave a awareness talk on post partum and importance of breast feeding by Dr Renuka Sudhakar. Ladies were all given sweets and multi vitamin s. One nomadic labourer Vishal , a post partum lady was given a kit worth with Iron and multivitamin tablets , protein powder , baby soap and cream.

On 28th January we conducted dental check up to the inmates of Shree Shakthi Dhama Old Age Home . Camp was conducted by our Club member Dr Deepa. All the beneficiaries were given toothpaste, brush and required medications. A talk was given on how to maintain the oral health and explained about the hazards of consuming tobacco and awareness regarding the prevention of the oral cancer.
