A talk on Health Awareness and on Menstrual hygiene management was arranged at Girls Junior College 0n 13-7-22. Dr Usha Ramesh a Gynecologist is invited to deliver the talk. With models and diagrams she explained the menstruation cycle in women clarified the myths
explained the danger of pregnancy in earlier age give information on PCOD problem. Given instruction to follow nutritional diet and importance of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
Students are asked many questions on menstruation Doctor answered all the children questions

Program to distribute kannada keyboards to governemnt schools was arranged by the club. The engineer Dr. Guruprasad handed over the keyboards to the schools. He demonstrated the use of kannada keyboard in the lab and installed the donated keyboards in the computer lab. A program of admission of school drop outs was arranged by Education department. Inner Wheel Club of Shimoga north supported it by participating in that campaign. The program was arranged on 8-8-22 at a camp near vidya nagar ShivamBEO Nagaraj convinced the parents to send the children to the school. Club President Chandramma also convinced the parents on explaining the need of schooling for the children. distributed note book and stationery to the students and marched along with children from camp to the islampur school where children are admitted.

The breast feeding awareness week was celebrated by the club at Kannada and urdu school anganavadi, Ragigudda, Shivamogga.
Health worker talked about what are the compulsory vaccinations children should be given and during pregnancy period what are the steps to be followed. maintenance of "Taayi Card" where all details are maintained. To maintain cleanliness to avoid health upsets in children.
After the talk she asked the questions on the same topic and answered members are distributed the prizes.
