Programs conducted:

1. Symbolic donation of uniforms for the students of Government Primary school, Kelabhaga.

2. Felicitation of Mrs.Chandraprabha, nursing staff in Community Health Centre, Kalasa.

3. Felicitation of Mrs.Lalitha ,teacher in Government Girls Primary School, Kalasa.

Women's Day Celebration

As a part of Women's Day Celabration, cooking competetion was organised for all the club members. theme being, "Cooking A Nutritious Dish Without Fire". Each member could prepare a maximum of two dishes, one swwet and one spicy. Three prizes were given away for each category, based on nutritious value and presentation.

Dr. Malvika Prabhu, a member and Club editor, gave a talk to the students of Government Highschool, Kalasa,on maintenence of menstrual hygiene, menstrual problems faced by teenagers and healthy habits regarding the same. The talk was followed by distribution of sanitary pads to the students and teachers.

A cardiac Check-up camp was organised in association with Rotary Club, Kalasa and Kaveri Memorial Hospital,Kalasa, for screening of cardiac diseases. Dr.Padmanabh Kamath, HOD of Cardiology Department in KMC,Mangalore and his team conducted the camp. included ECG, TMT test, Echocardiography and consultation with cardiologist.

Breast Feeding Awareness Week - 2022
